The publication rights for the various books edited and/or distributed by the Association “ACCION Y VIDA” — which form the Message to the Men of the “New Earth” — have been granted under the following conditions:
Each of these books, as stated in the Publications Catalogue, was received through Divine Revelation by Josefina Chacín Ducharne, the handmaid of the Lord. The editing of each of these books was directly supervised by her. Therefore, their content is the faithful reproduction of the original text and meaning of the Revelation received.
The publication rights have been granted to us in accordance with the following condition, which we faithfully reproduce from the original document in our possession:
“I, Josefina Chacín Ducharne, the slave of the Lord, Venezuelan, of legal age, holder of identity card No. 227.026, hereby certify that it is the Will of the Lord that everything I have received from Him — whether writings, messages, or Engravings published or yet to be published in the form of books or in any other form — is completely free to be reproduced, provided that fidelity to the original is preserved. Therefore, no person may claim ownership of said writings, messages, or Engravings in any language, nor assert any copyright over them.

In accordance with the foregoing, no person or institution, of any nature whatsoever — religious or otherwise — may claim rights of any kind over any of the published books that form the Message to the Men of the “New Earth”.
The Copyright appearing in the name of “ACCION Y VIDA” in some of the published editions serves as certification of the rights held by the Association over the corresponding edition, primarily as a guarantee of its authenticity; and in no way is it intended to signify exclusive publication rights, since, in accordance with what has been set forth above, such a claim would not be applicable.
