It is the history of man from his conception in the bosom of God, his evolutionary process until attaining awareness of his Being in Paradise, his departure through sin, and his pilgrimage of return toward God, his Being.

This pilgrimage was lived as image in Israel’s Exodus from Egypt and its journey towards the Promised Land, and has been lived as reality, in its “first fruits,” in the death-to-self and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

It is man’s journey, into the depths of himself, towards the encounter with his true Being, as an individual person as well as a member of the universal People of God.
