On June 27, 1969, Josefina addressed a letter to Fr. José Barriuso in which she states:
“The Lord has made known to me that the writings you have been presenting: “‘I’, in Christ Arisen,” “Living the Gospel” and its notebooks, and “Pilgrimage of the People of God” with the explanations of the drawings must be made known to the world, announcing that this is a ‘message’ from God, a call to mankind to come to know the truth and to prepare themselves to enter through His Mercy before His Justice is manifested. IT IS IMPORTANT AND NECESSARY THAT THE WORLD KNOW THAT THIS IS A DIVINE INTERVENTION. This is what I have understood to be the Will of the Lord”.
These first four books were addressed to Christians, written in accordance with the Catholic faith, and published with the imprimatur required by the Catholic Church at the time of their publication.
